This package offers five (5) on-site support calls which is valid for a period of one (1) year upon subscribing. Aslo bundled in is the EZ-Call package that ensures continuous support is available to keep your Citrix servers at optimum level.

| EZ UPGRADE |

In view of the release of the latest version of Citrix, we are offering a technical upgrade plan and implementation services to migrate your current Citrix environment. To ensure a worry free upgrading exercise, we have bundled in three (3) on-site support calls which is valid for a period of 90 days after the upgrading works. |
